Four people are in custody after being pulled over by police in a stolen car. At 12:30 a.m., December 22, 2017 Police observed a stolen car being operated in the Unit Block of 28th Street West. Patrol members initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of 2nd Avenue West and 15 Street West. Police arrested four people out of the recovered stolen car without incident.
