UPDATE - On May 26, 2022, 31-year-old Allan Andres, who was victim of an incident that occurred on May 18, 2022 in the 800 Block of 15 Street East, passed away from his injuries.

On May 27, 2022, investigators with the Criminal Investigation Division arrested Rajdeepsinh Bihola for second degree murder. Mr. Bihola had originally been arrested for aggravated assault and assault with a weapon on May 18, 2022. Mr. Bihola has been remanded into custody and will appear in Prince Albert Provincial Court on Monday May 30 on the new charge of second degree murder.

The Prince Albert Police Service responded to an incident involving a vehicle and pedestrian in the 800 Block of 15 Street East at approximately 2 p.m. on May 18, 2022. At that time, Allan Andres was transported to hospital by Parkland Ambulance in serious condition.
