Media UPDATE - Vehicle vs. Pedestrian

UPDATE – Following extensive investigation, the Prince Albert Police Service has concluded its investigation into a fatal collision involving a vehicle and pedestrian that took place October 27, 2022.

The investigation has determined that the collision was non-criminal and accidental. After a review by the Crown, police can confirm that no charges will be laid.

Stewart Fleury, age 67, was declared deceased as a result of this collision. His name is being released with consent from family.

The collision happened just before 1:30 a.m. on October 27, 2022 in the 500 Block of 28^th Street East.
