File 2021-1553 - Homicide - 2nd Update Prince Albert Police are issuing a second request for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Joseph Curtis MADDEN, who is charged in connection with the death of 21-year-old Madison Rene Bird-Simaganis earlier this month.
