Police are looking for Mr Roger BYER, last seen on Jan22nd 2010.  Mr BYER is believed to be operating a Black 2009 Chev Colorado.  Mr BYER is a Caucasian Male, 6feet 2 inches, Green eyes and his head is shaved bald.  If you have any information on the location or condition of Mr BYER please contact your local police service.

The Regina Police Service is requesting the public’s help in locating Carlene WALTERS, a 52 year-old female who was reported missing at approximately 8:45 am on December 30, 2009. Police have now requested the assistance of Search and Rescue Regina, which will assemble a team of trained volunteers to search the area where WALTERS was last seen. In addition to pursuing other investigative avenues, police are asking home and property owners in Regina to search their yards and any outbuildings for any sign of WALTERS.

Fifty-two year-old Carlene WALTERS, (DOB: 1957/01/09) of Regina, is described as a Caucasian female, standing approximately 5’3” tall, weighing approximately 100 pounds with medium length blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a yellow winter jacket. WALTERS also wears glasses. WALTERS was reported missing on Wednesday, December 30, 2009. It is believed she was seen in the northwest area of Regina at approximately 10:30 a.m. on December 30th. Though WALTERS is ambulatory, she has chronic medical problems. Her medical history, the extreme cold and the fact that she has not been seen in 24 hours has police and her family concerned for her safety.

Halkett is described as an aboriginal male 5'7"(170 cm), 161 lbs (73 kgs), brown eyes, long dark brown hair, mustache, with tattoos on chest (eagle head on left breast), (cross on left forearm), (eagle on right upper arm), and (large design on left upper arm)

Ernestine Kasyon is 5'2 tall and weighs 110 Lbs. She has black hair and brown eyes. Ernestine KASYON was last seen on the 6th of December, 1989, in Prince Albert, SK when she left a residence to use a payphone.

Marie is 5' tall and weighs 110 Lbs. She has greying hair and hazel eyes. On the 9th of September, 1984, Emily KOBLE had been picked up by two ladies that felt KOBLE had appeared lost and confused. Emily was dropped off near Christopher Lake, SK when she asked to get out of the vehicle. The ladies called the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, however, a search failed to locate KOBLE.
